El 12 de abril organizamos el primer encuentro de actores involucrados en la atención de pacientes oncológicos en la Casa Rosada.
ONG, agrupaciones de pacientes, miembros de la industria farmacéutica, representantes del estado, oncólogos, psicooncólogos y equipo de salud en general, trabajaron en conjunto para responder la pregunta: ¿Cómo queremos que sea la atención del paciente oncológico?
Este encuentro tuvo como objetivo desglosar los principales componentes de la atención en los que debemos trabajar para optimizar los procesos.
Finalmente se desarrolló una visión conjunta de cómo queremos que sea la atención del paciente oncológico en la Argentina, teniendo en cuenta los principales lineamientos trabajados:
“En Argentina disponemos de un sistema de atención centrada en el paciente y su familia que cuenta con una Historia Clínica Universal informatizada, adecuados recursos físicos y humanos que se constituyen como un equipo interdisciplinario comprometido a simplificar y automatizar los trámites, el acceso a la medicación y la información durante todo el proceso de atención para mejorar la calidad de vida."
